It shipped in a discretely box. It is a little sticky & has a very small smell it. It's more of a pinkish color than the picture shows. It has two separate ribbed holes, both with different textures. I use water based ID Glide lube, you definitely need lube. I did not notice a small tear between the anus & vagina after using it a few times. But has not teared any more. Both holes are nice & tight but after using it for so long it starts to loosen. But it was inexpensive & well worth the money.
